We know, through our own experiences, that Pilates can be life changing and we want to share that knowledge and experience with everyone who walks through our doors.

Our goal is not only to give you an amazing Pilates lesson every single time you visit, but to teach you what Pilates really is: to teach you about your body, about how it works and how it moves, how your breath can change your movement, how proper alignment changes everything.

The technique of Pilates, coupled with consistent practice, is what heals, what strengthens, what creates a true Pilates body.

Cobham Pilates was established 19 years ago with the goal of bringing world class Pilates to Cobham, Surrey.

Since that time, we have helped more than 5000 clients get stronger, feel better and live more active lives.

We offer over 40 Mat and Reformer classes each week, carefully structured by skill level—from Beginner to Advanced—so every client can train at their optimal level.  In addition to group classes, we specialise in expert private sessions, catering to a wide range of clients, from professional athletes to individuals recovering from injury or managing pain. Our passion lies in “pre-habilitation,” focusing on injury prevention and long-term wellness.

Our exceptional team of world-class instructors, all hold internationally recognized certifications and can’t wait to support you on your Pilates journey.

Pilates Mat

Our small group Matclasses – maximum 8 participants – are recommended for those who have no serious injuries, who like the social aspect of a class environment and who can commit to a scheduled time most weeks.

Matclasses are organised by level, from Improver to Advanced.

Reformer

The Pilates Reformer is a specialized piece of equipment used to enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body control. It consists of a sliding carriage attached to a set of springs, pulleys, and straps, allowing for smooth, resistance-based movements. Reformer Pilates offers a dynamic, resistance-based workout that strengthens muscles while promoting fluid movement and control, making it a favourite for athletes, rehabilitation clients, and fitness enthusiasts alike.

Our Reformer Group Classes – maximum 6 participants – are organised by level, from Beginner to Reformer 3 (Advanced).

Functional Mat

FUNCTIONAL MAT is a mat-based Pilates class, training you for everyday living. Get strong, be flexible and find your balance in this fun class that promises to make you walk away feeling empowered and energised. We will use dumbbell weights to help improve overall body strength, lunges and squats to enhance our daily movement patterns as well exploring those familiar Pilates exercises that keep our spines moving and make us feel fabulous. THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS.
